Having been in the sales and negotiations industry for a long time, I have had the privilege of learning from many people who are true experts in their field. Failure was never excused and the only reason that was allowed to be given was “where did I go wrong”. In the past few years I have seen an absolute decline in the abilities demanded of sales experts and it is absolutely saddening.

At the same time, I have seen a rise in self-described experts whose abilities are severely lacking. For this reason, I rarely give someone a platform to discuss these subjects unless they have absolutely astounded me and reminded me of the people I was surrounded with when I first started.

Mark Bowden is one of these people. I met him through a mutual contact who is himself a true expert. I followed him for a while and studied all of the content he put out. And truly, I became a fan.
